• Lead cross-team development and migration of Alteryx tax solutions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA to ensure proper reporting of transfer prices and source of manufacturing and provide data that allows for 180M USD in tax deductions • Advise on best software solutions and streamline communications across business partners for ease in logic changes and updates to Alteryx and Tableau solutions • Train and develop a team member to run existing monthly Alteryx tax solutions • Implement separation of duties and controls to ensure data accuracy, assign a point of contact, and clarify responsibilities • Maintain and streamline Alteryx technology solutions that provide accounting journal entries through Tableau for company (55+ sites globally) to accurately record profits and meet tax regulations • Validate and perform reconciliations (10+) to ensure that data run in company’s technology solution is accurate to company feeder sources • Improve and maintain Tableau reports to provide monthly data on transfer price and source of manufacturing • Develop Alteryx processes, standardization, and documentation for technology solutions that are being in-housed
• Coordinated with 100+ company codes to provide explanation for changes in PPE quarter-over-quarter balances • Led monthly effort to ensure the entire company’s financial data (100+ company codes) is uploaded to HFM accurately with no material variances • Completed 10+ monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to continue established business practices and verify that all charges to accounts are appropriate
