I led recruitment for McKinsey's Private Capital practice across 7 European hubs (The Netherlands, Belgium, UK, France, Italy, Iberia and Germany). Additionally led recruitment for Practices (Private Capital, Growth, Marketing & Sales, Operations, Digital) as well as MBA & Generalist Experienced Professionals in the UK.
As part of McKinsey's Experienced Professionals recruitment team, I hired talent for the Private Capital practice in Amsterdam, London and Brussels. As per May 2023, I also served as the Talent Attraction Account Manager and main point of contact for Private Capital across Europe.
I formed part of the Executive Search Division of Korn Ferry's Amsterdam office. My primary focus was on C-Suite positions across a wide variety of clients within EMEA, but I also collaborated with other regions when the search scope was global in nature. Korn Ferry has been ranked one of the top Executive Search firms worldwide for over 25 years.
I formed part of the Banking and Financial Services division in the Netherlands, which works in close partnership with a wide range of Financial Services institutions including Investment, Retail, Private and Commercial Banks, Brokerage, Holdings, Private Equity firms, Asset Management houses, Leasing companies as well as Insurance, Insurance Brokerage and Credit Insurance firms. I specialised in recruiting Financial Services professionals, from Junior Management to Director level, across all areas including Front, Middle and Back Office.
