I’m a builder-turned-CISO with roots in production engineering. My career has spanned infrastructure, security, and customer trust, leading teams and programs at Yahoo, Salesforce, Netflix, Instacart, Amplitude, and Scribe Security. I help companies build security as an engineering discipline, not a compliance exercise. That means partnering closely with founders, product teams, and engineering organizations to enable enterprise growth, strengthen customer trust, and manage risk without slowing innovation. My experience spans AI security, product security, cloud infrastructure, software supply chain security, security engineering, and enterprise assurance. I’ve built and scaled security organizations from startup growth through IPO readiness, led teams of up to 25 professionals, and supported enterprise customers ranging from emerging startups to Fortune 500 organizations. Today, I serve as a Fractional CISO and Security Advisor to venture-backed AI companies, helping founders navigate AI governance, product security, enterprise readiness, customer trust, and regulatory requirements. I believe the best security leaders are business leaders first, engineers second, and security practitioners third. Security works best when it accelerates adoption, enables growth, and helps companies earn trust at scale.
