What I do I am a Portfolio Non‑Executive Director and Board Adviser who helps boards use strategy, digital transformation, and AI to respond to new market challenges and turn disruption into profitable growth, productivity, and disciplined cost management. My work spans listed, mid-cap and high-growth private companies, including PE- and VC-backed businesses. My perspective combines leadership roles at Nestle, GSK, and Henkel, and over 10 years of running an international strategy consultancy. I have worked with boards, investors and leadership teams across consumer packaged goods (CPG), financial services, tech-enabled services, legal and other professional services businesses in the UK and internationally.
