A third generation Licensed Cheesemaker, Terry has over 30 years experience in the dairy industry. Terry’s management and operations background lead to the founding and operating of his own facility, La Crosse Cheese. La Crosse Cheese was eventually sold to Ridgeview Products in 1985. Terry continued his career in the dairy industry as National Sales Manager for Beatrice Cheese and then joined Stella Foods, Inc. as Director of Ingredient Sales prior to founding Winona Foods, Inc. in 1988.
