Created Standardized Customer Service programs and processes on a national basis for over 2,500 routes and 500 frontline managers in over 200 locations. In four years we improved customer satisfaction ratings over 700 basis points while improving both Customer Retention and Base Business Growth to 5 year highs. In addition in 2013 was responsible for managing 12 Key Account Managers who own over 500 accounts with annualized revenue in excess of $150 million. Had full P&L responsibility for a $70 million operation including 6 plants and 15 depots with 175 routes. Accomplished company leading retention which drove the lowest merchandise costs in the company that led to the highest profit margins of any group. Also developed the first call center in the company which led to national roll out.
