Terry has over 25 years in the insurance industry. He began his career with AIG. Then, in 1999, he joined CRC where he held roles as Vice-President, Senior Vice-President, and ultimately President. Under Terry's leadership, Chicago was designated Office of the Year on several occasions. In 2010, Terry was fortunate to have the opportunity to become a founding partner in RT Specialty. A division of Ryan Specialty Group. Today Terry is one of the most respected casualty surplus lines wholesale brokers in the U.S. His broad expertise includes all phases of primary and excess liability including real estate & construction, product liability, municipal liability and transportation related risks. Terry's client-centered focus has been instrumental in building long-term relationships while delivering timely, market-leading solutions for diverse needs. Today, Terry leads the Chicago Office of RT Specialty with a team of over 200 talented professionals.
