About

For the past 10 years, as a senior financial and operations executive, I have gained invaluable experience in business management, strategy development, and human resources management. This expertise has allowed me to become knowledgeable in overseeing business development goals, devise financial/accounting goals/metrics, and manage human resource policies. A few of the achievements I have accomplished include: •Appointed as the first Director of Finance and Operations at GKI and created the first financial policies and procedures manual of the organization. •Assisted in bringing GKI into compliance with Canadian tax returns and successfully negotiated the reduction of penalties from $23K to 0. •Implemented the first benefits package for employees of Great Kids, Inc. (GKI). •Successfully and efficiently transferred the original incorporation of GKI from the state of Tennessee to the state of Wisconsin. •Replaced GKI's informal employee handbook with a redesigned manual to enhance employee transparency and accountability.
