This role supports the Technical Services Team. Jenkins FPS services and repairs fruit packing equipment in major packhouses nationwide. Provided administrative support to 15 local and 9 regional managers and technicians. Responsibilities included job creation, tracking, and invoicing in MYOB Advanced and Field Service Software. Liaising with customers to schedule machine operator training, follow up on purchase order requests, and shipment tracking. Maintained a progress dashboards. Master data management in the ERP system and maintaining pricing for locally sourced and imported parts from the UK and Italy. Managed customer equipment data, tracking progress stages, metrics, and charts, while monitoring incoming freight and keeping stakeholders informed. Process Improvement initiatives included creating templates and documentation for the service department, refining processes to adapt to departmental changes, and developing standard operating procedures. Implemented new field service software, setting up forms for JSAs, Stop Take 5, and checklists using KIM Field Service Software by Kynection. In a special project from September 2024 to February 2025, I transitioned to the Label Sales department, setting up new SKUs for all fruit labels while maintaining a project progress schedule. Redesigned the workshop with a clear plan, secured budget approval, and established a temporary workshop within a tight deadline. For the On-Call Roster, I set up Smartsheet to manage the roster and create automatic reminders, while training managers in its use. Collaborated with HR to update the On-Call policy and managed the weekly phone changes for rostered technicians. Event Management responsibilities included scheduling customer training, organising the bi-annual technical conference, and overseeing the annual company Christmas function. In stock management and forecasting, I oversaw stocktakes, analysed usage, and established minimum and maximum quantities.
