Solving for the long tail of procurement in Southeast Asia. I have worked in product design & management roles for 8 years. My passion lies in building teams and using technology to solve for complex business problems. My core responsibility is to lead and build the supply-side of the marketplace. I manage the company’s Category Management department, Product Information Management (PIM) strategy and internal Product teams. I currently also oversee the Human Resources department at Eezee. I have a team of talented supply chain leaders, engineers, and business managers. Together, we work constantly to improve our offerings, reliability and the supply chain of the marketplace. My key achievements include introducing 100,000+ items across 500 categories into the marketplace in my first year managing the PIM team and transitioning the company to adopt an inhouse system to manage supplier information. My expertise lies in project & stakeholder management, product management & data analytics. I am a Ngee Ann Polytechnic Scholar from the school of InfoComm Technology. During my time at NP, I started a software company and I was also awarded the prestigious Lee Hsien Loong Interactive Digital Media Smart Nation Award. I have been part of multiple commercial projects that failed to take off and each one provided me invaluable lessons into sales, product & project management. I am engaged by complex challenges and I derive satisfaction when I solve them. I love reading and I constantly seek opportunities to learn, innovate and to improve the status quo.
