Administrative Assistant duties, in coordination with all Housing Case Managers and Counselors, reporting directly to, and under the direction of, the Aspire Director, including client/company liaison, initial client contact, client support, data entry, maintaining, and updating of all confidential client/company information, handling of client payments and finances, ordering, receiving, maintaining, and coordination of all office and housing supplies, basic office upkeep, transferable duties, posting of all office-related bulletins and correspondences, assisting of Housing Case Managers with housing inspections, fielded all company calls, supervise clients engaged in special duties around the office.
Assisted all members with medical health plans and benefits, billing claims, pharmacy inquiries and other customer related issues pertaining to United Healthcare insurance products, via local call-center.
