As a licensed Medicare Sales Agent, I specialize in helping individuals understand and enroll in health coverage options. My role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, providing expert guidance on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, Medicaid, and other health insurance products. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing members, offering personalized plan recommendations. Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and state regulations during all sales activities. Maintain deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and health insurance products to educate and assist customers effectively. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
I am responsible for assisting agents with Medicare and Medicaid verifications. In this role, I am responsible for reporting back to agents efficiently and in a timely manner in order to make the healthcare system for eligible enrollees lives easier.
I am involved with UnitedHealth Group's business and sales processes to assist Medicare-eligible members and prospects in finding healthcare. I engage in simulated inbound sales calls to refine my skills in consultative selling, needs assessment, and lead conversions. I am leading a plan bidding project as the Chief Marketing Officer of my group which makes me responsible for developing marketing strategies, executing strategies to promote our product, and brainstorming ideas for channels and advertisement. Furthermore, I participate in multiple site-wide activities such as the "Shark Tank" project where I developed and invented a product from scratch, taking into account target markets, financial budgeting, and advertising. I have also participated in a University project where I pose as the founder of a new university, taking into consideration realistic expectations, locations, programs, and extracurricular activities and having to create a way to selling and marketing strategy to advertise the school to upcoming freshman and potential transfers
