My name is Terhi, and I am someone who is not afraid of new challenges. I graduated as a hotel receptionist in March 2025 and gained valuable hospitality experience working at Hotel President in Helsinki during the summer of 2025. Currently, I am specializing in tourism and mediation at Perho Business College and completing an internship at a DMC company, where I continue to build practical experience in the tourism industry. Before moving into hospitality, I built over a decade of experience in B2B sales. I worked with a variety of products, including financial SaaS solutions, water and coffee machines, and Pipedrive CRM software. In my role as a Sales Development Representative at Quentic, I evaluated incoming leads, conducted cold calls using BANT criteria, worked with Salesforce CRM, and earned expert certification in Pipedrive CRM. I also followed up with webinar participants and introduced them to Quentic’s solutions for sustainable development and EHS management. I am passionate about customer service, sales, and creating positive customer experiences. In the future, I aim to further develop my skills in customer service, sales, and project management.
Organizing trips tailored to foreign groups to various destinations in Finland. Arranging hotels, activities, and other services such as transportation and guide services for groups. Other duties as assigned.
I am a student at Perho Liiketalousopisto where I am focusing specialized studies in tourism sales and brokerage. Starting 7th January I started t my internship at DMC travel agent and finished my studies on 29th May 2026.
