Provide solutions, project lead and 3rd level support for a large and diverse active directory environment multi-domain forest. • Participate in multiple Microsoft RaaS engagements • Manage and Implement Domain Controller Refresh Projects tuning Active Directory to decrease Active Directory footprint by 64% • Licensing Users to Office 365 • Support ADFS environment • Patch domain controllers, maintain sites and subnets, create and analyze Group Policy • Remediate Risk and Compliance reports for domain controllers via Group Policy and Operating System Hardening • Automate Active Directory tasks and analysis with PowerShell • Currently training in AZURE, AWS and Windows 2016 • Experience with 3rd Party Disk encryption solutions
Develop and document Active Directory Solutions then train level 2 teams to support these solutions. Support GE’s Active Directory (AD) migration efforts to one domain. • Deployed System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager and Operations Manager plus supporting infrastructure in less than 4 months to manage and monitor Windows 2012 Domain Controllers and application servers. Currently deploying and learning Orchestrator to tie System Center components with Service Now. • Conducted and documented Proof of Concept of Dell Authentication Services (DAS) supporting integration with Dell ActiveRoles Server (ARS) • Developed and tested Active Directory forest recovery solution for GE using Dell’s Recovery Manager for Active Directory – Forest Edition (RMAD-FE). Created practice test documentation to train other Active Directory Engineers on GE’s forest recovery solution. • Identified security vulnerabilities in GE’s AD environment and provided countermeasures.
