I help senior leaders get ready for executive roles and lead complex change without burning out themselves or their teams. Today, my work focuses on three things: Bespoke learning & development programs on executive readiness – custom-designed experiences that build the skills, behaviours, and confidence leaders need to operate at the executive level. Executive coaching – 1:1 and team coaching for senior leaders navigating stretch roles, promotion, visibility, or high-stakes transitions. High-touch consulting on change – advisory support for executives and HR leaders who are driving transformation and need a trusted partner to shape strategy, leadership behaviour, and culture. I bring 22+ years in senior HR and C-suite roles, including experience as a CHRO, so my work sits at the intersection of real-world executive experience and deep expertise in leadership development.
