I’m also an Associate Lecturer in Leadership and Communication at Teesside University. I’m an EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach, Accredited Team Coach, Accredited Emotions Practitioner, and founder of Accelerator Coaching since 2015. Outside work, I climbed Kilimanjaro for my 50th birthday because growth isn’t just a word for me, it’s a way of life. I also co-founded a publishing business with 32 recipe books printed.
