- Worked on an IT company's IPO to be listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR market, including drafting operation overview, legal and financial due diligence, prospectus, and other filing materials. - Responsible for operational overview and comparable analysis portions of briefing memo for various companies. - Wrote and edited deal sourcing documents and pitch books for companies in different industries. - Conducted researches into industry-specific case studies, market trends and laws and regulations, etc. to assist with the listing process.
