Experienced in project management of the construction of a new Mixed-Use Development building with clinical and non-clinical components in SGH Campus. Involved from the initial design stages to the on-going construction phase of the building, while ensuring changes are kept within project budget and timeline.

• Oversaw the development of a new Mixed-Used Development in SGH Campus, which consist of a new Department of Emergency Medicines with 149 clinical facilities, Acute Medical Wards with 152 beds, Specialist Outpatient Clinic, Campus Server Room and other support facilities • Planned and coordinated user group meetings and ensured that requirements were captured accurately by external project consultants • Organized mock-up review sessions for users, project consultants and external agencies, and consolidated the comments received for assessment / implementation • Communicated effectively with different stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure goals were met • Facilitated the sign-off of project phases, resulting in key milestones achieved for the project • Led the ongoing change management process for Senior Management to review new requests raised, ensuring that requirements were aligned with Hospital's mission • Diligently archived important documents and issuing meeting minutes promptly • Supported the organization of Property Committee meetings, including the timely circulation of materials such as slides and post-meeting notes
• Managed a team of assistant engineers to maintain and improve the performance of production toolsets with the use of statistical tools • Performed critical analysis and developed recommendations to resolve issues through Design of Experiments, Fish Bone Diagrams, DMAIC/PDCA and Cp/Cpk analysis • Worked collectively with a team of engineers to identify savings/improvement opportunities and devise measures to improve functionality of tools and reduce process downtime • Represented the department to learn new technologies from SSMC’s counterpart in Taiwan, and facilitated the integration of new technologies to enhance the existing production process within tight deadlines and strict requirement using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) • Planned and led several quality and productivity improvement projects which achieved annual cost-savings of 18% • Assigned the role of the department’s cost coordinator to oversee raw material spending and monitor consumption trends to ensure consistent supply without disruption to production line • Established and maintained a robust process documentation system aligned to audit requirements • Organized department events and teambuilding activities as a member of the Sports and Recreation Committee
