    Undertaking supporting work within Distribution in order to help our operations run as efficiently as possible. Tasks include: - Primary Picker, when purchase orders for our restocks is received, I am tasked to fulfill the order from our inventory. - Receiving inventory, tasked with receiving inventory from our main headquarters to resupply our warehouse by using our Unique Device Identifier (UDI) software. - International Complaints Processor, delegated the task of receiving complaints from our international Sales Distributors whenever there is a fault/damage in our medical devices. - Building Medical Kits/caddies, Building sets of medical Kits and/or caddies according to the Bill of Materials (BOM) with respect to the purchase order or to safety stock. - Supporting label creator, providing support to process Purchase Orders for the creation of our requested products via labels. -Supporting Checker, providing support to checking inventory ordered via Purchase Orders from other pickers and ascertaining the correct product through our scanning software. -Data logging, using PowerBI to compare orders that we were able to fulfill against products in back-order. This is in collaboration with our Global Inventory Analyst. - Quality Assurance, in collaboration with the Project Engineer, delegated the task of receiving and checking the final product of our new devices by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ascertain high quality and standard of the device before sanction of use by the Quality Assurance Supervisor. Notable achievements: Labeling of our whole warehouse of loose products using Unique Device Identifier (UDI) labels to assign and track our products for commercial use in our International office, using the Zebra printer and Standard Operating Procedures. Investigation of Lighting to better illuminate our warehousing aisles within budget. This was achieved well within a set budget.
