• Completed 90 hours of practicum training as part of the BCOU programme at SUSS, including over 50 hours of supervised face-to-face counselling • Applied foundational person-centred and evidence-based counselling skills to support students' socio-emotional wellbeing. • Prepare case notes, case conceptualisations, and case summaries, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of session progress in line with professional standards. • Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings with School Counsellors, SEN Officers, and Case Management Teams (CMTs), contributing to collaborative intervention planning for students with diverse needs. • Assist with parent intake calls, in-class student support alongside SEN officers, and co-planning of school-wide student well-being events. • Shadow senior counsellors to observe therapeutic approaches, crisis response strategies, and ethical case management processes.
