MENA Wood Oy was a timber trading company for Middle East and North African markets. It was 100% owner by Stora Enso Oyj. Sales in 2014 was >200M€ and it's business was sold to parent company - Stora Enso Wood Products Oy - in 01/2016 and company was merged to Stora Enso Oyj in 12/2023.
Puumerkki is a specialised wholesaler of wooden building materials and was 100% owned by Stora Enso. Stora Enso divested its shares in the Finnish Puumerkki Oy and the Estonian Puumerkki AS to Mimir Invest AB, a global investment firm. Financial Controller (CFO) of Puumerkki AS was reporting to me in my operative role 2012-2017.
