I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Management Science and Project Management at the Chiba Institute of Technology, with a background in Organizational Psychology from the University of Delhi. My experience spans program management, business operations, stakeholder coordination, and cross-cultural collaboration across startup, corporate, and creative environments. I have led end-to-end operational workflows, supported corporate expansion initiatives, coordinated talent onboarding, and managed cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings. Most recently, I served as the Expansion Project Lead for a US-based company’s India branch setup, independently managing infrastructure coordination, vendor management, recruitment, and operational readiness within tight timelines. Alongside corporate operations, I also wrote and directed Somewhere Between Homes, a short film exploring displacement, identity, and belonging. The experience strengthened my skills in project execution, budgeting, team coordination, and creative leadership. I am particularly interested in Global Program Management, Operations, and organizational development roles that combine strategic execution with human-centered collaboration in international environments.
