Tennealle is currently the CEO and Managing Director of IDP Education Ltd (ASX100:IEL). Previously, Tennealle was CEO of Adore Beauty (ASX:ABY), Australia's #1 online beauty retailer, where she led the successful listing of the company on the ASX in 2020. Adore Beauty was awarded the 2023 Runner Up in the Retail category of the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Awards, and Tennealle was recognised as No. 1 in the Top 50 People in E-commerce in 2022. Prior to this Tennealle was Managing Director - Americas at SEEK (ASX100:SEK), a leader in digital employment marketplaces, where she led the emerging Americas portfolio, working closely with local CEOs to drive strategy and the evolution of SEEK’s business model. Tennealle has also held a number of strategy focused positions at SEEK including the start up and scale of Online Education Services, a public-private partnership between SEEK and Swinburne University which was awarded the 2015 BRW Fast 100 winner. Previously Tennealle was a consultant with global tier-one management consulting firm Kearney, focusing on strategic and operational CEO-agenda issues. SEEK's International division has the leading global network of online employment sites, owning businesses across China, South-East Asia, Latin America and Africa Responsible for leading the strategy function for the SEEK International businesses, reporting to the Managing Director of International and the Group Strategy Director. Focused on working with the CEO’s of SEEK’s International Businesses to develop the strategy and evolve the business models within each market and selectively leading projects relating to the execution of these strategies both remotely and on the ground. Also responsible for helping SEEK use its international scale to strengthen businesses in individual markets including developing and executing global collaboration initiatives.
SEEK Learning is SEEK’s wholly owned education business, which enrols tens of thousands of students each year into a wide range of university, TAFE and other courses. SEEK Learning works to make career-related study much more accessible and in doing so give everyone an opportunity to change their life through education. Responsible for leading the strategy function for the SEEK Learning business, reporting to the Managing Director Education. Part of the strategy team for SEEK focused on overall strategy, commercial partnerships and M&A, and specifically responsible for strategy, business development and selected operational improvement initiatives for SEEK Learning.
SEEK (ASX: SEK) is the leading provider of online employment services in Australia & New Zealand, with AP&A's sites averaging more than 100 million visits per month, serving over 40 million candidates and 200,000 businesses. In FY19 AP&A generated over $725 million revenue and $350 million in EBITDA. Responsible for P&L ownership and management oversight of the SEEK America's portfolio, including Catho in Brazil, and OCC Mundial in Mexico, working with the CEO’s of these businesses to develop the strategy and evolve the business models within each market. Also responsible for helping SEEK use its international scale to strengthen businesses in individual markets including ensuring collaboration and close connection with our businesses in Australia and Asia. Reporting into the CEO of SEEK Asia, Pacific and Americas, and part of the AP&A Executive Leadership Team, and the AP&A Strategy and Platform Leadership Team. Served as a director for Revelo Brazil Pty Ltd (partially owned by SEEK) and OCC Mundial Mexico Pty Ltd (subsidiary of SEEK).

Responsible for P&L ownership and strategy definition and execution. Successfully listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in October 2020, with a woman co-founder, woman CEO, majority women Board and Executive Leadership Team. Exceeded prospectus forecasts and grew revenues 48% in first year of listed life, 65% over two years. Innovative product strategy including launch of loyalty program and mobile app, scaled to account for 60% and 16% of revenues respectively. Launched owned brand strategy with introduction of multiple private label brands. Welcomed ~80 new brands and ~850k new customers onto the platform. Adore Beauty was runner up in AFR BOSS Best Places to Work Awards in Retail in 2023. Awarded No. 1 for Top 50 People in E-Commerce in 2022.
