For me, good engineering is not only about building something that works once. It is about creating systems, teams, and decisions that can survive real users, operational pressure, and future change. Led engineering for Neuronic’s connected wellness-technology platform across mobile app, cloud, firmware communication, CI/CD, automated testing, and device-cloud architecture. Built and shaped the production systems behind thousands of actively used helmets, coordinating internal engineers, external specialists, manufacturing partners, and clinical stakeholders across Europe, the US, and China. - Led end-to-end engineering across mobile app, cloud platform, firmware communication, and connected-device architecture. - Built and hired the internal software team while coordinating a combined internal/external engineering group of up to 12 contributors. - Established production architecture, delivery pipelines, automated testing practices, and multi-environment deployment setup. - Helped transition firmware and electronics ownership away from the manufacturing partner, improving internal control over product delivery. - Coordinated clinical/research stakeholders in the US, manufacturing and flashing teams in China, and engineering execution in Europe. - Remained hands-on across architecture and implementation while supporting the product from prototype toward production-scale usage.
Designed and built cloud-native product and data systems for an e-commerce SaaS and Google Ads automation company, combining backend architecture, GCP/serverless development, external API integration, payment systems, and stakeholder-facing technical communication.
