Part-time SRE, part-time regular software engineer. Building out the cloud capabilities of QuantCo to transition us from a consulting company into a SaaS company. Also building out the first SaaS product - in the field of healthcare and AI.
Built a client portal to track student applications, grade reports, and payments. Serverless application hosted on AWS with React frontend (on S3) and FastAPI Python-based Lambdas for the backend. Used Auth0 for user authentication and DynamoDB for persistence.
Back-end software engineer building the AWS Migration Hub, a central solution for companies that want to move their on-premises servers to AWS. Responsibilities include: • Developing a REST API that provides customers recommendations on the appropriate EC2 (cloud virtual machine) instance type based on their hardware requirements • Developing automated tools for customers to plan and track the status of their migration to AWS • Improving and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure across several services • Maintaining a NoSQL database and data ingestion workflow to process data collected about customers' servers • On-call responsibility to resolve critical operational issues
Software engineer internship working on AWS Migration Hub. During this internship, was responsible for creating a data-plane REST API to export customers' data on their network topology so that they can analyze it externally.
