Under the guidance of Professors Ameet Talwalkar and Nicholas Boffi at CMU and in collaboration with Lester Mackey at Microsoft, I am working on research in subseasonal climate forecasting using adaptive bias correction and generative modeling.
- Computational Sensorimotors Lab: Modeling how the brain encodes music and poems for listened and imagery stimuli using neural networks. Currently exploring methods to explain predictions from a neural network. Completed undergraduate research thesis to develop a prediction system using heart rate variability quantified from MEG (magnetoencephalography) data to predict the auditory effort a person expends while listening to speech. - Media, Analytics, and Security Team (MAST): Developing multiple Deep Learning approaches to detect defects in PCBs and examining their performance on out-of-distribution examples. Preparing manuscript for submission to ICIP 2025.
