Thanks for looking at my profile! I am a political scientist who thinks through entities. Development is natural to me when I question ways of doing things. I try to think about things from the widest possible angle of approach and to understand the boundary conditions of the processes, through the development of which the conditions will be created for a better functioning tomorrow. If you want to develop, you must also be ready to learn something new. I consider my strength to be the ability to see the forest from the trees, to go behind the phenomena and to find the root causes, even if they are deeper below the surface. Active self-reflection is a prerequisite for learning. Critical examination and weighing of one's own thought patterns and ways of working opens the way for new perspectives to emerge. We must also dare to fail. Through it, find the courage to try to change things in a tighter place. The ability to listen to others while challenging one’s own thoughts may bear fruit in the future. An active self-reflector opens up new perspectives not only for himself but, above all, for his employer. On my own journey as a self-developer, I have become acquainted with LEAN. I have challenged my mindset by mirroring the teachings of LEAN and thereby found a more holistic way to approach things. Process development is close to my heart. I believe in perseverance to drive things forward, although it is not always easy and sometimes requires saying unpleasant things out loud. Outside of working life, as an active marathon runner, I have learned the importance of working in front of the final result. Perseverance is rewarded. Over the years, I have coached several runners and cyclists on their journey to their dreams. It is empowering to see a trainee succeed when he or she has given his or her own input and know-how to support another’s job. Currently I´m working at the Marbles as a Researcher. I´m working in digi talent and IT- field. My role includes also project management. I find my work interesting in dealing with the toughest professionals in their respective fields. Learning a new field grows me as a person and diversifies my skills, as well as gives me the opportunity to use the skills I learned earlier in my career. In my previous career, I have worked in the field of migration and financial management as team leader and migration manager. My motto: Be bold and challenge yourself and those around you. Don’t settle for the easiest answers without questioning them. I like to network and discuss things openly.

As a Finland as a second language teacher, teaching the finnish language elementary school curriculum to adult students in the evening high school.
SUEK/FINCIS: Conducting out of competition and in the competition doping tests for Finnish Center for Integrity in Sports and for other international sport federations according to WADA's regulations. During the tests, I cooperate with the testing team. I work under the supervicion of the DTO, taking care of the arrangements of the test facilities. I inform team representatives and race organizers about the tests. I invite athletes to the test, monitor them and instruct them in completing the test. The job requires good teamwork skills and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to react to various unexpected situations during the tests.
