Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria
I believe that information is the most powerful tool for transformation whether it’s guiding a student toward their future or building a more resilient city. My journey has been defined by a constant drive to connect the dots between data, community impact, and sustainable development. Starting with a solid foundation in Library and Information Science from Rivers State University, I’ve spent my career managing more than just data; I manage possibilities. This mindset led me to found the Ted-Help Foundation during my time as a corps member, where I saw firsthand how targeted support and mentorship can change the trajectory of a young person’s life. That commitment to community remains the heartbeat of everything I do. Today, I operate at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds. As a certified realtor and professional information manager, I’m passionate about how we build the future. By integrating Data Analytics and AI Fundamentals skills I’ve sharpened through IBM professional certifications I’m exploring how predictive insights can drive green building, reforestation, and climate-resilient housing in Nigeria and beyond. I don’t just see properties; I see the data-driven potential for smarter, more sustainable urban spaces. Whether I’m navigating the complexities of the real estate market, mentoring the next generation of leaders, or even expressing my perspective through songwriting and music, my goal is always the same: to create authentic, lasting impact. I am currently focused on scaling these initiatives and preparing for advanced global studies to further bridge the gap between technology and sustainable infrastructure. I’m always open to connecting with fellow innovators, environmental advocates, and anyone passionate about using data to build a better world.
TedHelp Foundation Impacts Turning 33,000 Naira into a Legacy of Impact 🇳🇬 In 2024, while serving as a Corper, I saw students on the verge of dropping out simply because they couldn't afford to stay. I knew I couldn't just watch. I decided to commit my monthly NYSC allowance of 33,000 Naira to sponsor their fees. That sacrifice was the birth of the TedHelp Foundation. What started as a personal mission in Government Secondary School Banjiram at Adamawa State has grown into a movement of empowerment in Port Harcourt. To date, we have: Education: Sponsored school fees for 18 secondary school students and helped 10 university aspirants secure admissions into RSU, UNIPORT, and IAUE. Skill Acquisition: Provided free training in Tech and Real Estate for emerging leaders. Career Growth: Mentored youths on resume writing and job applications, leading to high-paying roles in Rivers State. Helping these students didn't just put them back in classrooms; it gave them the confidence to excel, returning with results filled with A’s and B’s. Small seeds, when planted with purpose, grow into mighty oaks.
