I'm a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst based in Shah Alam, Malaysia, focused on building a career at the intersection of technical security and governance. 📈 What I've been doing Since joining Infra365 Sdn Bhd, I've had the opportunity to work on security challenges that go well beyond the textbook. A highlight: I led the end-to-end acquisition of our ISO 27001:2022 certification — from gap analysis and control mapping to cross-department coordination and guiding the organisation through the external audit itself. Day to day, I conduct vulnerability assessments for clients using Tenable Nessus, deploy and manage EDR solutions via Acronis Cyber Protect, and perform MDR activities including alert monitoring, incident triage, and response coordination. Working at an MSP means every client brings a different environment — it keeps you sharp. Before this role, I completed a cloud support internship at AVM Cloud Sdn Bhd, which gave me exposure to infrastructure and support operations that now informs how I think about cloud-facing security. 🎓 Background I hold a Bachelor of IT (Honours) in Communication and Networking from UTAR, which gave me a solid grounding in networking fundamentals — something I lean on constantly when assessing vulnerabilities or understanding how threats move laterally. 🚀 What I'm working toward I'm currently pursuing the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certification to formalise my security knowledge and lay the groundwork for deeper GRC and technical specialisation.
