Participated in the SIT and UAT phase for the implementation of a Dayforce (Ceridian) SaaS payroll platform, integrated with Workday for 15 government agencies. Developed spreadsheet tools that automated upload file creation and error detection in exported output, reducing manual effort and speeding up testing. Designed spreadsheets that translated functional requirements into logical array calculations and addressed three bugs with new exception handling, ensuring more precise and reliable performance. Created SharePoint-based trackers that consolidated ticket statuses and visualised UAT progress, enhancing daily reporting and providing real-time visibility into project status.
