The purpose of this role is to provide consistent and accurate data deliveries to AMS customers in the timeframes outlined in the Service Level Agreements and business rules. This role ensures action is taken to maximise Retailer satisfaction and minimise risk of non-compliance. My role encompasses: - Managing queries from retailers regarding AES Data Deliveries, AMS systems, databases and supplied services. - Providing consistent and accurate data deliveries to AMS customers. Ensuring accurate capturing of data services processes and identifying system or manual gaps. - Processing data received from Energy Retailers and Field Service Partners through AMS’s workflow tools - Ensuring data quality of AMS’s database is maintained and assisting with resolving discrepancies and correcting discrepancies in databases as required. - Inbox monitoring. - Monitoring and resolve data exceptions in accordance with set SLAs
This role was based within The Commercial Performance of MBIE.
