I have spent 25 years in the trenches of B2B sales and leadership. Not as a theorist. As someone who has carried a bag, built teams from scratch, and sat across the table from buyers at every level. What that time taught me is this: most companies do not have a sales problem. They have a dependency problem. Revenue that lives in one or two people, a founder still closing everything, or one exceptional seller conducting heroics every quarter while the rest of the organization watches. The number gets hit. Nothing about it is repeatable. And the business cannot scale until that changes. That is the work I do through All4 Growth Advisory. I work directly with founders and leadership teams to build the GTM infrastructure, sales process, and playbooks that turn hero selling into a motion anyone can run. Hands-on execution, not slide decks. Over 20 engagements and more than $1 billion in revenue influenced across my career. Alongside that advisory work I operate All4 Equity, where I find, acquire, and operate cash-flowing businesses. Not as a fund manager. As an operator who buys businesses I intend to run and grow for the long term. Two different pursuits. The same belief underneath both of them: sustainable revenue is never an accident.
