In my role as Head of Ecommerce for The Home Depot in China, I was instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive online strategy, establishing the brand’s strong presence in the digital retail space. Key Achievements: - Pioneered The Home Depot’s flagship stores on Tmall.com and JD.com, setting up nationwide operations and logistics. - Achieved 100% monthly sales growth in the first four months of site operation through effective online pricing, assortment strategies, and P&L management. - Successfully managed the sale and transition of the business to Behr Process Corporation, ensuring a seamless integration and continued growth.
