Responsible for playing a pivotal role in enhancing the overall awareness of the Administrative Modernization Program (AMP) at Oregon State University (OSU). Communicates the vision, goals, and plans for AMP to internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with the OSU Strategic Plan, Prosperity Widely Shared. Develops and implements marketing campaigns to support AMP. Builds and maintains a large digital presence for AMP across websites and platforms. Assists in creating and documenting processes and program materials. Manages, maintains, and improves the AMP SharePoint space. Engages as an active partner of the OSU digital community to build highly engaging and modern marketing and communications experiences.
Responsible for all marketing and communications. Designs, creates, and distributes all communications pieces such as press releases, email blasts, fundraising appeals, and online fundraisers, in addition to managing all social media accounts and their continued growth. Tasked with refining and improving Dysautonomia International’s branding and messaging, creating new communications guidelines, building a new website, and growing the organization’s donor and corporate relationships. Assists with event planning, physician and patient education programs, and a webinar series.

Designs, creates, and distributes all communications pieces such as a monthly newsletter, press releases, mass emails, fundraising appeals, and online fundraisers, in addition to managing all social media accounts. Tasked with refining and improving the CEC’s branding and messaging, creating new communications guidelines, and growing the organization’s donor and corporate relationships. Lead event planner for the SAGE Summer Concert Series, the Supper for SAGE Benefit Dinner, the Wild and Scenic Film Festival, and the Earth Ball Annual Fundraiser.
Managed all public relations for the Bachelor of Arts in English, Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, Master of Arts in English, Film Studies program, Writing program, and Applied Journalism program. Organized and led events, designed materials, and outreach initiatives to recruit students and grow the school’s programs. Managed each program’s respective web pages, social media accounts, and the design and layout of communications materials. Co-edited “The English Letter,” the school’s bi-annual newsletter, which included design, layout, and content management. Led all events for the school and promotion of the Visiting Writers, Literary Northwest, and Critical Questions Lecture series. Responsible for alumni engagement for both graduate and undergraduate programs, and donor stewardship for the school.
Responsible for student engagement and alumni outreach through the management of the GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Board, as well as organizing and running local and regional social and networking events, including the annual Distinguished Engineering Alumni Awards banquet. Also responsible for all public relations tasks such as compiling and writing the bi-annual alumni newsletter, social media promotion of the college, and general public relations projects. Other projects included an annual alumni survey, an alumni analysis report, and managing the alumni section of the Engineering and Applied Sciences website. Worked collaboratively across multiple departments such as the Alumni Association, the BOLD (Broadening Opportunity Through Leadership and Diversity) Center, the Dean's Office, the Office of Advancement, and the Career Services Center. Supervised an administrative team on various projects, as well as undergraduate student workers.
