Over the past three years, I’ve helped teams grow their leadership capacity, build on their strengths, and implement proven frameworks that support real progress in schools. With nearly 30 years in education, including leadership roles with Greenville County Schools, I bring experience in instructional technology, teacher development, and capacity building. I care deeply about equipping educators with practical tools and strategies that help them lead well and create strong learning environments.
