- Responsible for the strategy, design, and operations of Google's global healthcare, financial, and analytic benefits programs.
- Managed the team responsible for the strategy and operations of Google's $3B+ portfolio of US Healthcare benefits (spanning 25+ programs including medical, drug, dental, vision, fertility, onsite clinics), including employee engagement and marketing. - Responsible for Benefits M&A (due diligence and implementation) and Compliance work streams.
- Managed the Benefits Analytics team, which provided analytical support (including financial, actuarial, and population health modeling) to the global Benefits team. Included responsibility over annual Benefits employee survey and key relationships with FP&A and external data warehouse. - Led the strategy and operations for Google's Global Financial Benefits, including US 401k, non-US pension programs, and financial well-being programs and perks. - Led the Bets Benefits team, which served as a liason between Google and the 10+ Alphabet portfolio companies.
- Lead consultant in the Health and Benefits practice - partnered with clients to develop an optimal total rewards strategy to attract and retain top employee talent, with a focus on US Healthcare strategy and plan design.
