About

Here's my nerdy secret: I love a good logic puzzle. Whether that be learning how to expand a territory with a brand, managing a product rollout, or coaching a client through a tough situation, everything is solvable and that brings me joy. To accomplish this, I love to focus on root causes, community culture and trends, and dive into the unknowns. I'm curious by nature and need to know the inner workings of the things set ahead of me. In my career thus far, I've enjoyed taking the lead on projects, from initial thought to final implementation. As an extremely analytical person, I find my spark in the data. You can never have enough data. And the data will always tell you a beautiful narrative of where you came from and where you can go. You can regularly find me using organizational tools in both my professional and personal life to manage the details. I thought after my Masters degree I'd be done with my educational journey, but wow, was I wrong! I love to learn, improve, and explore. As a result, I find myself continuing my education through certifications, webinars, conferences, and so on. This way, I can build and refine my skill set and continue to help grow the products being put out. I do this with the mission that my betterment can inspire others to grow too. I'm a people person. I want to hear your stories, perspectives, challenges. Please reach out if you ever want to bounce an idea off of someone. I'm always excited to listen!
