As a Senior Property Management Associate at Rubenstein Partners, Taylor supports the operational success of our national office portfolio by aligning property operations with both asset-level goals and broader organizational objectives. Her role spans a range of responsibilities - from leading due diligence efforts for acquisitions and future dispositions to developing annual operating budgets and implementing firmwide best practices. Taylor collaborates closely with cross-functional teams - including construction, development, accounting, and contract management - to analyze performance, enhance asset value, and drive strategic decision-making. She also provides insight into property-specific challenges and contributes to policy and process improvements across the portfolio. A graduate of Temple University's Fox School of Business with a degree in Finance, Taylor brings a strong foundation in commercial real estate management, including experience in leasing and project management. Taylor is also a holder of a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License, with a continued commitment to excellence in the real estate industry.
In addition to my core responsibilities in property operations, my role as Sr. Property Management Associate includes leading due diligence for new acquisitions and future dispositions, conducting ongoing analysis of operating performance and asset valuations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including construction, development, accounting, and contract management, to support overall asset performance. I also provide strategic insight into property-specific issues and help implement policies and procedures across our national office portfolio.
