• Onboarded all new employees to ensure a great experience including communicating all relevant company information, giving tours, and administering new passwords and accounts • Pioneered the team’s culture and care initiatives such as appreciation gifts, employee parties and team retreats to foster employee satisfaction and engagement • Headed all office operations including managing expenses, communicating and coordinating with outside vendors, and stocking office and kitchen supplies • Designed and executed 50+ Doxa events such as themed parties, membership classes, and conference style events • Executed all administrative duties by keeping meeting minutes, calendaring, data reporting and providing project assistance • Program managed the volunteer experience for 100+ volunteers across 6 teams and provided end to end support for all volunteers
