I have 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage, and customer service industries with most of that time spent as a manager or general manager. I consider myself a strong leader with knowledge on how to problem solve and increase efficiency wherever possible. I have extensive experience with controlling product and labor costs, time management, employee management, recruiting, and inventory management. Working with a team of other specialists and engineers to provide excellent customer service to consumers, and contractors related to Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning products (HVAC).
