My journey: I started as a product builder in HR and learning, accelerating digital transformation across Higher Ed, Fin Tech, and Bio Tech. At ServiceNow, I leaned into our HR product strategy with core products like Onboarding and Ramp Up. From there, I joined the Impact Product team on day 1, building a startup within ServiceNow. We took Impact from napkin sketch to general availability, where I defined product strategy, roadmap, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market communications. Impact became one of the most successful product launches in ServiceNow history, reaching nine-figure revenue and 1,500+ customers. Now I lead Product Activation and Adoption for ServiceNow. Lead needs analysis in partnership with People Business Partners and senior leaders to identify priorities at the individual, team and organizational level. Enable our talent management strategy and diverse internal pipeline of leadership talent through HiPo development accelerators. Partner with our People Systems team to manage the LMS and scope the need for a learner experience platform. Coach leaders at all levels to enable their individual growth and well being as humans.

Hire, train and integrate new employees and event managers for seasonal sales positions at county fairs and tradeshow events. Responsible for building team spirit and support to optimize sales and employee engagement. The tradeshow environment is one of the most challenging workspaces. As the hiring and development manager, I create a positive environment where the employee is motivated and retained throughout the length of their contract. • Design and deliver training on sales skills and products. Training style is adapted to variable skill levels and learning styles to accommodate the employee candidates suited for different calibers of events. • Provide development workshops for seasonal employees on MBTI, DISC, Strengths, and EQ. • Provide on-demand workshops to target knowledge gaps for employees and to increase communication and customer service skills.
