• Change Management for Energy Regulator: Developed and delivered a comprehensive change management plan for an energy regulator client, enhancing stakeholder engagement. • Culture and Employee Experience for a Municipality: Designed and implemented an employee experience and culture strategy for a municipal government client through organizational assessments. • Recruitment and Selection for First Nations: Led the recruitment process for key leadership and wellness positions (director, accountant, wellness coordinator) for a First Nations client, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. • Compensation Benchmarking and Job Review for First Nations Client - completed a full job review and compensation benchmarking and provided recommendations for compensation adjustments for a First Nations client (out of Ontario) • Talent Management Strategy for a Municipality: For a municipal govt. client, designed and introduced leadership development, succession planning, recruitment, selection, recognition strategies.
