Originally qualified in childcare in Portugal, I embarked on a journey seeking diverse opportunities, which led me to London in pursuit of professional growth. In 2013, I transitioned to a retail role for two years, gaining valuable customer service and organizational skills. Eager to return to my passion for childcare, I joined a nursery and later advanced to become a Nursery Manager. My commitment and dedication to fostering a positive learning environment allowed me to join Bright Horizons in 2017, where I successfully worked my way up within the organization. This journey has not only enriched my childcare expertise but also equipped me with versatile skills.
