For 15 years, I built companies in the domains where I thought technology could do the most good: longevity, climate tech, nature finance, education. One I sold to a NASDAQ biotech company. All of them taught me the same thing: technology is rarely the hard part. Getting humans and systems to actually change - that's the work. This is what brought me to AI and automation. Because it's the most powerful lever for changing how people work - and the one most likely to go wrong if it's driven by hype rather than genuine understanding of how organisations function. I work as a co-builder and strategic partner: not advising from the sidelines, but getting into the work with you. Human-centred by conviction, lean by discipline, ROI-driven because that's what makes change stick. Background: founder and CEO/CTO across four impact verticals, certified Design Thinking coach from the Hasso-Plattner-Institut, work with DAX corporations, Mittelstand, NGOs, and accelerators across several industries. Away from work: author of 14 books (fiction, philosophy, non-fiction), 5 languages, MA Philosophy, cineast, and hobby musician. https://tassiloweber.com/
I work with SMEs and consultancies as a freelance Fractional CTO, turning (parts of) your business into a tech business powered by AI & automation. As a serial entrepreneur, I approach technical implementation from a systemic business perspective. I prefer to work with impact companies, but I am open to work in most industries. https://tassiloweber.com/
bloomlabs provides market intelligence for the voluntary biodiversity market. Joining the team as CTO and third co-founder, I built Bloom, a scalable, revenue-generating data platform based on bloomlabs' extensive prior research.
Climestart is an e-learning platform to help people become climate tech entrepreneurs. For just €49, it offers a much more affordable alternative to other climate tech learning platforms and therefore makes the topic accessible to a broader audience.
Certified by the Hasso-Plattner-Institute and with 13 years of professional experience, I use and teach Design Thinking to ignite passion for innovation and guide teams to transform ideas into reality. I've worked with numerous big corporates, SMEs, NGOs, Startups, and Accelerators in various industries.
Verdant was a nature fintech startup with the mission of bridging the gap between biodiversity and financial institutions via tech-enabled financial instruments. We rapidly went through many pivots: tokenization, biodiversity credits, biodiversity units AI, insetting, nature-related risk assessment. Eventually not closing bigger customers, the company was shut down.
