Provided strategic direction to improve outreach, awareness sessions, mobilisation, and grievance redressal for domestic workers. Guided district teams on program planning, target achievement, documentation, and reporting. Coordinated with internal teams, partners, and government departments to strengthen access to welfare boards and social protection schemes for domestic workers. Ensured consistent and quality reporting through field visits, review meetings, and capacity-building support.
