I have 17+ years of experience working at the intersection of business and technology - as a strategy consultant, entrepreneur, and venture builder. Over the past two years, I have focused extensively on artificial intelligence, particularly generative AI, exploring its implications from multiple angles: technological capabilities, concrete use cases, regulatory developments, and the strategic challenges organizations face when introducing transformative technologies. I advise corporates and German Mittelstand companies on digital strategy, business model innovation, and venture building, helping organizations translate technological change into viable strategies, new ventures, and sustainable growth opportunities. My background combines strategy consulting, entrepreneurship, and organizational advisory. I am trained in systemic consulting and have previously founded startups, raised venture capital, taken operational roles in early-stage ventures, and worked within a corporate venture capital and company-building unit. Alongside my advisory work, I also experiment hands-on with AI technologies - ranging from GenAI tools to exploring open-source models and techniques such as LoRAs - to better understand their practical opportunities and limitations.
