I’m a cybersecurity executive and CISO securing critical infrastructure, public transit, and large regulated enterprises. I build measurable, auditable, and resilient security programs that reduce risk, strengthen response, and protect continuity of operations. Selected impact: • Led successful breach investigations, incident response, and digital forensics efforts • Modernized detection, response, automation, and 24x7 SOC operations to improve security outcomes • Built enterprise-wide SOC, identity, PKI, DMARC, OT security, and centralized policy management programs • Deployed GRC programs addressing supply chain risk, risk prioritization, CIS Controls, NIST CSF, and regulatory readiness • Managed large-scale security and enterprise risk portfolios • Improved cyber insurance posture through stronger controls, evidence, and resilience • Named inventor on multiple pending cybersecurity patents I run security as a business risk portfolio: prioritizing resilience, regulatory readiness, executive decision-making, and defensible risk reduction. I also serve as Chair of APTA’s AI Subcommittee, am a published author on applied AI and MCP, and frequently speak on cybersecurity, AI governance, and critical infrastructure resilience.
