I have developed or led the development of over 25 learning product types, covering 21 business technologies, and 10 distinct sales and business process methodologies. I have leveraged over 40 distinct learning technologies from cloud-based software to content development software and Learning Management Systems. And I have produced or led the production of over 400 end user hours of training. Most recently I have focused on innovation within the learning industry to inject the latest neuroscience and adult learning methodologies into the curriculum my teams develop and manage. I have over 20 years of experience in Human Performance (Learning and Collaboration), with expertise in business readiness and training, including all organizational change management components related to leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning. I have nearly 10 years experience working for a Big 4 Management Consulting firm, and over 6 years within the High Tech Industry.

I lead the strategy, delivery, business development and consultant development for the Learning and New Skilling solutions and services as part of the Workforce of the Future Offering. I am responsible for go-to-market solutions, client engagement leadership, team building and direction and overall client relationship management. Lead complex projects and programs to set the strategy and drive change that addresses large-scale client challenges in the areas of Learning and New Skilling, and the development of the Skilling Platform supporting technology.
Job Summary: I Lead the Learning Solution Design And Delivery team responsible for creating all materials to support the 14 internal lines of business curriculums including. Responsibilities include managing a cross entity team of 18 instructional designers and instructional design managers, budgeting, resource capacity management, and learning solution/product design and production. My Team, under my guidance, determines the strategy, work process design, and manages all stages of the instructional design and development processes.
