Coordinate and follow up with buyers including Crew Clothing, Orchestra, LPP, LC Waikiki, MS Mode, Sinosky, The Immaculate, Tendam, and NEXT for all developments, black seal approvals, and base hanger submissions. Strengthen the company portfolio by developing new products, engaging new buyers, and improving internal process efficiency. Submit all approval hangers strictly as per individual buyer requirements. Ensure all quality parameters are met before submitting any type of fabric. Maintain complete documentation for all phases of Research & Development. Monitor, address, and follow up on all testing-related issues. Maintain proactive communication with buyers to ensure all requirements are met on time. Ensure all dyeing and finishing parameters achieve buyer standards. Verify wet fabric parameters and ensure correct machine settings to achieve the required quality. Work closely with buyers and ensure T&A plans are maintained throughout the development process. Lead and guide a team of product developers to ensure consistent quality during development. Develop new concepts, products, and solutions in coordination with the marketing team. Analyze buyer requirements to create developments aligned with client expectations. Ensure overall buyer quality standards are met and hand over projects smoothly to the merchandising team. Execute first-time R&D projects with proper quality control and technical consideration. Escalate any confusion or unclear issues to senior management for guidance.
