Responsibilities - Lead identification, design, development and qualification of process systems for new products/formulas launch regionally and globally. - Provide technical inputs to the 5M learning plan & lead process technical assessments and scale-up tests. - Manage new initiatives through project establishment & commitment phases. - Communicate the grade cost estimates, highlighting risks, impact and mitigation plans. - Work with HS&E and Quality global teams to ensure both equipment and process systems are meeting standard requirements. - Provide training for new process engineers and engineering teams on standard equipment across dry laundry plants.
